Suspension Strap (TRX) Incline Row Single Leg

Anchor suspension straps up and in front. Hold ends of suspension straps and lean body back with straight arms. Lift one leg up for further challenge and balance component.
Bend elbows and pull body up towards the handles in a row. Release body back down with control. Repeat. Keep body in a straight line throughout.
Perform second cycle standing on the opposite leg.
Lean body further back for increased challenge.
