Table top arm circles

Lie on your back.
Draw one leg up to a table top position.
Your foot will be off the floor with your thigh vertical and your shin horizontal like the legs and top of a table.
Draw your other leg up into the same position, keeping your legs at hips width apart.
Tighten your core muscles.
Maintain this position whilst continually circling your arms from your side up overhead and then around and back down to your side.
You are trying to keep your body and legs as still as possible whilst repeating this action with your arms.
Continue until your tummy muscles fatigue.
