Tandem walk with ball bounce

Start in standing holding a ball with both hands.
You may use a small or medium ball that bounces, such as a soccer ball or tennis ball.
Practice walking as if on a tightrope, placing one foot in front of the other so that the heel touches your toes.
As you do so bounce the ball in front of your lead foot.
