Tendon gliding exercise for hand - elbow supported

Start with your fingers straight.
Bend the end and middle joints of your fingers into a hook keeping the knuckle joints straight.
Then bend your knuckles and straighten the middle and end joints of your fingers.
Further bend the middle joints of your fingers, keeping the tips of your fingers straight.
Continue to curl your fingers into a fist.
Finally uncurl your hand starting from the base knuckles and return to the starting position.
Remember to keep your wrist straight throughout the exercise, using your opposite hand to support it if needed.
