Therabar eccentric wrist extension "Tyler twist"

Stand up straight, holding a therabar vertically in front of your chest with your affected hand on the lower end and the other hand on the upper end, with the thumb of your upper hand pointing downwards.
Turn the therabar away from you with your upper hand in a rinsing motion, and reach out in front of you holding the therabar in the same position.
Let the therabar move back into the original shape, while controlling this with your affected hand.
Continue on to repeat the exercise.
