Therabar wrist flexion/extension vertical

Therabar wrist flexion/extension vertical

Start in a seated position.
Hold the bottom of the therabar vertically with one hand.

Place your other hand at the top of the therabar and invert it so it is upside down. While keeping the elbows straight, simultaneously flex one wrist while extending the opposite wrist, creating a twisting motion.
