Throwing and catching a ball - unstable surface
Stand on a balance cushion holding a ball.
If needed, make sure you have something sturdy to take support from close by.
Throw the ball back and fourth to a partner or against a wall.
If you are exercising with a partner ask them to alternate the direction of the throws to make the exercise more challenging to you.
Required equipment: Wobble cushion / foam, Assistant, Wall, Ball - small
