Sit or stand upright in a comfortable position.
Hold your baby against your body facing outwards.
For tightness on the left side, follow these steps:
Place their head in the crook of your left arm.
Place your right arm between their legs and across their body and hold their left shoulder.
Slowly lift your left arm up and tip your baby's head towards the right side while stabilising the left shoulder with your right hand.
Hold this position and then return to neutral.
