Transfer from lying on the bed to sitting
Lie on your side with a pillow between your knees.
Tuck your lower hand under your lower thigh.
Place your top hand in front of your shoulder and bring your heels off the bed as you push through your top hand applying pressure through your elbow allowing you move upright into a sitting position.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Pillow
