Transversus Abdominis, Leg Lift (one at a time up and two down)

Lie on your back, with your lower legs lifted on a sturdy chair.

Activate your trunk to control the position of your spine. Slowly lift one leg slightly off the chair followed by the other leg. In a controlled manner, lower both legs back onto the chair.

Note: By placing one hand under your lower back, you can feel that the pressure on your hand stays unchanged, while lifting and lowering your legs.
