Trunk rotation buoyancy counterbalanced, with noodle, leading with upper trunk (level 2), standing

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your feet shoulder width apart
Soften your knees.
Hold onto a noodle on the surface of the water with your elbows straight.
Rotate your body to look over one shoulder, leading with your trunk.
Keep your hips and knees facing forwards.
Repeat to the other direction.
