Trunk rotation stretch – reach behind (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Reach one arm to the back of the push rim of the same side and place your other hand on your knee.
When ready, pull through your arms to rotate your trunk in the same direction.
Follow the movement with your eyes.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
