Trunk Tilt Hip Hinge (JEMS)

Start: Sit on the front of a chair with feet flat on the floor. Draw yourself up from the top of your head until you feel your weight dropping through your sitting bones. Place hands in the crease of your hips.
Movement: Using your hips as a hinge, tilt your trunk forward by rolling forward over your sitting bones. Roll back onto your sitting bones to bring your trunk to upright again.
