TRX Supine Alternating Leg Curls

Set up the suspension training system (TRX) overhead. Adjust the handles to approximately knee height.

Start by lying on your back with legs directly underneath the straps, legs straight and heels in foot cradles. Engage your core, then lift your buttocks and straighten your hips.

Keep your hips high. One leg at a time, draw your heel towards your buttocks and straighten back to starting position. Feel your buttock and hamstring muscles working. Maintain hips and pelvis at the same level.
