Sit or stand up straight with your affected arm out to the side and your elbow bent.
Make a circle between your thumb and index finger, and then bend your elbow, moving the back of your hand in to touch the top of your shoulder.
At the same time, keep your gaze directly ahead and tilt your head away from this arm.
Relax back to the starting position bringing your head back to the neutral position, and repeat.
Ensure the movement flows.
Be careful not to over stretch your symptoms.
