ULNT2 Radial nerve slider

Start in standing, bend your elbow, turning your arm and resting the back of your hand on your side with a closed fist.

Straighten the elbow while bending the wrist forward.
Bend the elbow while bending the wrist backwards.

The exercise should be performed painlessly. The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
