VOR cancellation - sitting

Begin sitting upright in a chair.
Hold your arms straight out in front of you, with your fingers interlaced and thumbs together.
Focus on your thumbs as you rotate your body from side to side.
Ensure your thumbs stay in focus at all times.
Progress this exercise by sitting on a rotating desk chair to achieve a larger range of movement.
You can also progress by increasing the speed of the movement.
