Stand upright with a kettlebell in the hand of your affected arm.
Bend your affected arm up, until your upper arm is parallel with the floor and your elbow is bent to 90 degrees.
Lift the kettlebell up so that the handle is pointing towards the ground and the bell is pointing toward the ceiling.
You may use your opposite hand to help position the kettlebell initially, but remove once in position.
Walk slowly and in a controlled manner keeping your body stable and straight, contracting the abdomen so that the resistance exerted by the weight does not change your posture.
Walk forward for required amount of time and then gently lower the kettlebell to the ground.
