Begin by walking backwards in a clear open space.
Diagonally turn your head and gaze up to one side whilst you continue to walk backwards for 2 steps.
Then turn your head and gaze diagonally down to the other side whilst you continue to walk backwards for 2 steps.
Continue this pattern of walking backwards with diagonal head turns up to one side for 2 steps and then head turns down to the other side for 2 steps.
