Begin standing in front of a clear open space.
Walk forwards, starting with your right foot, and pause after 3 steps with your left foot off the ground.
Turn your head to the right and then back to centre.
Then take another 3 steps, this time pausing with the right foot off the ground.
Turn your head to the left and then back to centre.
Repeat this pattern of walking for as many times or for as long as advised.
