Stand up straight.
When ready, bring one knee up as high as you can in front of you, whilst raising your opposite arm.
Maintain your balance.
Simultaneously, push up onto the tiptoes of your standing leg in an explosive motion, causing you to momentarily clear the ground.
Extend your knee and then lower your leg down in a sweeping action, taking a forward step.
Lower your arm at the same time.
Repeat, leading with your other arm and leg.
Continue to travel in a forward direction.
