Stand up straight facing a wall.
Place a mark on the wall around head height.
Imagine there is an "8" drawn on the floor.
Start walking from the centre of the "8".
Keeping your gaze fixed on the mark, walk in a figure of eight pattern.
Continue the circuit, turning your head quickly as you go around each end of the "8" to change your head position.
Speed up the pace of your walking to increase the difficulty of this exercise.
