Walking forwards and then backwards with diagonal head turns - up to one side for 3 steps and then down to the other side for 3 steps

Begin by walking forwards in a clear open space.
Turn your head and gaze diagonally up to one side whilst you continue to walk forwards for 3 steps.
Then turn your head and gaze diagonally down to the other side whilst you continue to walk forwards for 3 steps.
Repeat this pattern of walking forwards with diagonal head turns up to one side for 3 steps and then down to the other side for 3 steps, for as many times as advised.
Then repeat the exercise, this time walking backwards.
