Wall squats with breathlessness management technique

Stand and lean against a wall, with your feet away from the wall and shoulder width apart.
Relax your arms by your side.
Your back and buttocks should remain in contact with the wall throughout.
Breath in through your nose.
At the same time bend your knees and slide down the wall as far as you feel comfortable
Hold the position.
Then as you push back up the wall to straighten your legs, squeeze your buttock muscles, and breathe out through your mouth.
