Weight shift forward in staggered stance - Body awareness

Start by standing in a staggered stance with feet hip width apart and one foot slightly forwards.
Feel the soles of your feet on the floor.
Allow your knees to bend softly and your pelvis to sink and release all unnecessary tension.
Feel the weight evenly on both feet.
Then slowly move weight forwards over to the front foot and then back to the middle.
Maintain the balance line through the centers of your feet and the top of your head.
Allow your breath to flow freely.
