Weight shifting forwards/backwards close to support - Waist lean against worktop

Stand facing a worktop with your hands resting gently on the surface.
Try to stand as tall as you can with your head held high.
Slowly move your weight towards the front of your feet and rest your pelvis against the worktop.
Lift you hands off the worktop.
Without using your hands shift your weight back and pull your pelvis off the worktop.
Feel the weight evenly under both feet, heels and front of the feet.
Place your hand back on the worktop and repeat.
