Weight transfer - with two Bosu balls

Place two Bosu balls on the ground with its flat side down.
Stand on Bosu balls placing each foot on different balls.
Slowly put your weight on one leg with your hands on the front of the thigh.
Maintain your balance while bending your knee.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement with the other leg.
