Weighted vest squat to bench (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)
Perform this exercise without your prosthetic on.
Wear a weighted vest.
Stand with a bench close behind you, feet-hip width apart, and your arms out in front of you for balance.
Squat down towards the bench, making sure your knees track over your toes.
Just lightly touch the bench with your buttock before pushing back up to the starting position.
Required equipment: Bench, Weights, free
