Lie on your back with your feet flat on the ground.
Place a wobble cushion under your lower back.
Lift your arms up to the ceiling and clasp both hands together.
Keeping your arms pointed up towards the ceiling, lift your neck, shoulders, and upper back off the ground.
Maintain this crunch position as your lift your arms over one shoulder and then over the other shoulder.
Relax back down to the starting position and then repeat the movement.
