Wrist extension (wringing towel)
Sit with your forearms supported on a table.
Grip a small rolled towel at the ends with each hand palms facing down.
Use one hand to keep the towel in place.
With the other hand twist the towel towards yourself so that your hand lifts up.
Then return to the starting position.
Try to do the exercise by using only your wrist.
