Wrist Flexion and Extension Version 2

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your forearm on an inclined board next to you, with your hand and wrist over the edge and turn your palm to face down.
Drop your hand down, bending your wrist.
Then lift the hand up, bending at the wrist.
Make sure your forearm doesn't move too.
