Wrist flexion curl (palm down)

Start in a seated position with your forearm resting on a box, holding a handle of cable machine with your palms down towards the ground.
While maintaining the contact between the box and your forearm, bend your wrist while pulling the handle down.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement.

Required equipment: Machine - resistance/weights, Box (plyometric), Bench
