Wrist Isometric Strength with Forearm in Neutral - Radial Deviation

Wrist Isometric Strength with Forearm in Neutral - Radial Deviation

Start by sitting on a chair, upper arm near your side and the elbow at a right angle. Hold one end of a Therabar and support the other end against you thigh near the hip.

Maintain the neutral position of the wrist and push your hand forwards. Return to the starting position.

Note. By moving the hand lower on the Therabar, the resistance, i.e., the torque to be resisted during movement, increases.

Required equipment: Therabar
