Wrist radial deviation (weighted object)

Sit upright with a table to your side.
Place your weaker arm onto the table with your elbow bent and your hand over the edge.
Hold a rolling pin or similar long object in your hand, holding it at one end.
With your thumb facing upward lift up your wrist, tilting the object towards you.
Keeping your forearm in contact with the table.
Hold this position before slowly lowering back down to the starting position.
Aim to keep your elbow, shoulder and body still during the exercise.
