Wrist Radial Deviation with support

Sit with your lower arm supported by your thigh or by a table/couch. Turn the palm downwards. If you like, place a plastic cup by your thumb.

Bend your wrist sideways along the support. If you are using a cup, try to push it away with your hand. Return to starting position.
