Wrist stretch, ulnar deviation with thumb opposition

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist hanging over the edge.
Your palm should face in towards your body.
Bring your thumb towards the base of your little finger.
Bend your wrist down towards the floor until you feel a stretch.
Hold this position.
