Wrist supination (wringing towel)
Sit upright facing a table.
Place both arms onto the table with your elbows bent.
Hold the ends of a small rolled towel or tea towel in each hand.
Twist the towel by bending your weaker wrist so that your palm faces upwards.
Aim to keep your elbow, shoulder and body still during the exercise.
